Amongst all of the casting rumors surrounding Marc Webb‘s forthcoming Untitled Spider-Man Reboot and Joss Whedon‘s big screen adventure with The Avengers , not much has been floating around about the reboot of the Fantastic Four lately… that is, until now.

ScreenRant is reporting that 20th Century Fox is eying  both Adrien Brody (Predators, The Experiment) and Jonathan Rhys Meyers (From Paris With Love, The Tudors) for the role of Reed Richards a.k.a. Mr. Fantastic.

CBM says that Amber Heard (Drive Angry 3D, The Ward) is up for the role of Sue Storm a.k.a. Invisible Woman and Kevin Pennington (90210, Tilda) who has lately been rumored for roles in big screen adaptations of The Avengers and Fathom, is reportedly up for the role of Johnny Storm a.k.a. The Human Torch.

Since it’s unconfirmed by the studio, I would consider all of them rumors for now. I would dig  Adrien Brody as Reed Richards though, so here’s hoping that’s one rumor that will come true.
