Emile Hirsch (Speed Racer) has joined the cast of upcoming film The Darkest Hour , directed by Chris Gorak. Hirsch will star alongside Olivia Thirlby the leader of the group of Americans traveling in Moscow when an alien invasion occurs. The film will start shooting in the city of Moscow this Summer.
