Have adventures in time and space and explore new frontiers and with BBC America’s presentation of a marathon of “Doctor Who” and “Star Trek: The Next Generation” this Memorial Day weekend. For three days, beginning Saturday May 29th at 8/7C, BBC America will air an encore broadcasts of all six episodes of the new season of “Doctor Who”, starring Matt Smith and Karen Gillan, followed by episodes of “Star Trek: TNG”.
On SyFy, beginning today, May 28th at 11/10C, watch the many original movies along with a streak of horror this weekend. Movies like “Ice Spiders”, “Sharks in Venice”, “Supergator”, “Wrong Turn”, and “Stephen King’s Last Stand” await you.
If you’re in the mood for vampires, Chiller TV has plenty of fanged ones for you in their marathon of vampire-themed movies on Memorial Day, starting 6am/5am C. They will be airing the live action “Blood: The Last Vampire”, based on the anime series.
