The good news is that the DVD and BRD sets of Season 7 of Doctor Who will be out in time for the holidays, and will include two of the Doctor Who pre-season BBC America specials and the “Pond Life” webseries. The bad news is that the title is “Part One” because of course the second half of the season won’t even be broadcast until 2013.
Don’t forget, they refer to a “season” as a “series” in the UK. Here’s the press release:
DOCTOR WHO: SERIES SEVEN, PART ONE

Will the Doctor really lose the Ponds forever? There’s only one way to find out.Bonus features include the BBC AMERICA specials The Science of Doctor Who and Doctor Who at Comic-Con, as well as the Pond Life featurettes, the prequel to Asylum of the Daleks, and The Making of The Gunslinger.
