Creature Actor Doug Jones Transforms Into An Alien for NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH

Even though you almost never see his face, creature actor Doug Jones is one of the best in the biz when it comes to portraying a fantastical character. He’s usually under amazing prosthetics but you might remember him as the Faun and the Pale Man in Pan’s Labyrinth, Abraham Sapien in the Hellboy films, the Silver Surfer in Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer, and the ice cream man in Legion (where you actually see his face.)

According to THR, Jones has scored another creature role as an alien in the upcoming Fox sci-fi comedy, Neighborhood Watch. In this film, “a suburban “neighborhood watch” group that finds itself in over its head when it uncovers an alien plot to destroy the world.

Neighborhood Watch will star Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn and Jonah Hill. Billy Crudup is in talks to join the cast as well. The film will be directed by Akiva Schaffer with Shawn Levy producing and begins filming in Atlanta this month.
