Just last week, we were treated to a pretty bad ass, bloodied pic of Jason Momoa in battle as CONAN in Marcus Nispel‘s forthcoming reboot. Now we get this horridly photoshopped promo image that makes it look more like a SyFy movie of the week at best, and the cover to a crappy romance novel at worst. Though it’s supposed to be an official promo image, I’m really hoping it ends up being a fan-fake (please?).

CONAN is based on the Robert E. Howard books and written by Thomas Dean Donnelly, Joshua Oppenheimer, Sean Hood and Andrew Lobel. The film stars Jason Momoa, Rose McGowan, Rachel Nichols, Stephen Lang, Bob Sapp, Leo Howard, Ron Perlman and Said Taghmaoui and is slated for release in 2011.
