Comic-Con Releases Official Schedule, Exhibit Hall Map

YES! The official schedule of Comic-Con Preview Night (Wednesday, July 20) and Day 1 (Thursday, July 21) has now been published and is available online. It’s very easy to see and easy to find what you’re looking for with the advanced search, and you can click on any one of the entries to get more information about each program scheduled.

Comic-Con has once again included a SCHED app that allows you to keep all of your picks separated out from the pack. Not attending but would like to enrich your fantasy life? Go ahead and make up your own schedule; you don’t have to be an attendee to use the app (though you may want to describe yourself as “not attending in person”).

Here’s the explanation of how the schedule will roll out, and the way SCHED works, from the official Countdown to Comic-Con page:

This is it! Fire up the printer, get yourself an ice-cold beverage, and uncap those yellow highlighters. Today we light up the Internet with the first day — Thursday, July 21 — of the huge, gigantic, awesome, and utterly incredible Comic-Con Program Schedule! We’ll be releasing all four days over the next four days (Thursday on Thursday, Friday on…well, you get it!). We do this day by day just to be sure your head doesn’t explode. Get set for the most amazing schedule of comics programming this side of Krypton (well…if it still existed, that is).

CCI is once again utilizing SCHED* (sched.org) to make your life easier! You can create your own personalized schedule by picking the programs and events YOU want to see! Our handy MySCHED feature works with all major web browsers and is iPad ready. You can synch up your schedule with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple iCal and you can share it and see your friends’ schedules on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Just follow the instructions on how to use it on our Programming Information page and create your own personalized schedule for Comic-Con!
