At the San Diego Comic-Con this past Friday, BBC’s Being Human creator Toby Whithouse addressed the upcoming American version of the show. Although Whithouse is not involved in the American version with the SyFy network, he hopes that it will be its own animal and not a slavish copy the British original. Whithouse also points out the difference between the British approach to sci-fi television programming and how the American version will likely be developed in terms of budget and how this will impact the show.
