We don’t usually talk about ABC’s Castle here at SciFi Mafia, even though it stars one of our favorites, Nathan Fillion (Firefly). This week’s episode, however, which airs tonight at 10/9c, warrants a mention. In case you’ve never seen Castle, he plays a mystery writer who assists the NYPD with murder investigations.

ABC has posted this clip from tonight’s episode that is set at a Comic-Con-like convention, and is chock-full of Firefly references. If you’re a Browncoat, you’re gonna love this like we do. If you’re a fan but maybe not quite as fully up to speed on all things Firefly, to get the inside jokes you’ll need to know that there were 14 episodes, that it aired 10 years ago, and that Joss Whedon was the showrunner:
