“Chuck” returns to NBC Sunday, January 10, 2010, and We Heart Chuck (WHC) is welcoming the spy-action-comedy show’s third season by hosting a weekend-long charitable celebration, CHUCKFEST 2010.

CHUCKFEST 2010 is a “Chuck”-themed Nintendo Wii Golf charity tournament benefitting the Los Angeles and San Diego, CA chapters of the American Heart Association (AHA). The event allows “Chuck” fans to support their favorite show while simultaneously raising awareness and funds for a worthy cause.

The weekend festivities kick off Saturday, January 9th, with a Nintendo Wii Golf Tournament at The Meeting Room in Los Angeles. Lunch and refreshments will be served and a marathon of “Chuck”  episodes from the first two seasons will be playing while participants compete for the GRAND PRIZE. On Sunday January 10th, eight GRAND PRIZE winning players will be awarded a meet and greet with  the show’s cast including Zachary Levi, Joshua Gomez, Yvonne Strahovski, Sarah Lancaster, Mark Christopher Lawrence, Vik Sahay, & Scott Krinsky. Two other contestants will each win the RUNNER-UP  PRIZE, a Nintendo Wii gaming system.

The entry fee for the Nintendo Wii golf tournament is $125 per person, and all participants receive a bag of party favors including a reserved-seating pass for Sunday’s fan premiere event. Fans who are not participating in the Nintendo Wii tournament are encouraged to come down, watch the competition, learn about heart health, enter for AHA door prizes, and join in the “Chuck” marathon.

The weekend will cap off with a WHC fan premiere party at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on Sunday, January 10. Tickets can be purchased online for $20 with proceeds benefitting the AHA, please note that seating is limited. There will be food (courtesy of Subway Restaurants) and games, leading up to the season three premiere at 9 p.m. on NBC. Come support the American Heart Association by watching the most heart-warming show on television with fellow “Chuck” fans.
