The web site devoted to all things in Capitol propaganda has started web series District Voices leading up to the next movie installment for the adaptation of The Hunger Games series, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1. Combining unity with underlying fear we can see how proud District 8 is about creating high fashion for the Capitol while maintaining extensive function in Peacekeeper uniforms.
