BBC AMERICA is Narrowing Down an Air Date for AN ADVENTURE IN SPACE AND TIME

an adventure in space and time

Any of you eagle eyed Doctor Who fans who read our Comic-Con post by Erin yesterday may have noticed she posted a November air date attached to the end of the post for An Adventure in Space and Time. This post is to let you know that this is actually the official word from BBC America. Hooray!

An Adventure in Space and Time tells the story of the genesis of Doctor Who – which first aired on November 23, 1963 – and the many personalities involved. David Bradley (Game of Thrones, Harry Potter) plays the first ever Doctor, the iconic William Hartnell, in the drama written by Sherlock co-creator Mark Gatiss and directed by Terry McDonough (Breaking Bad). An Adventure in Space and Time is a co-production between BBC Cymru Wales and BBC AMERICA.

As to which of the 30 days that are in November, this special will air is still a mystery but it will likely not air on the 23rd which will be the day the special episode will air, BUT WHO KNOWS.

We’ll keep you posted on An Adventure in Space and Time, starring David Bradley, Reece Shearsmith, and Claudia Grant which will air in November on BBC America.
