BATMAN: UNDER THE RED HOOD Trailer Keeps Red Hood Under Wraps

A new trailer has landed for animation legend Bruce Timm’s animated project for DC – “Batman: Under the Red Hood” has the Dark Knight pitted against another vigilante, called Red Hood. The animated movie will go straight to DVD and stars Bruce Greenwood (“Star Trek” movie) as Batman, John DiMaggio (“Futurama”) as the Joker, Jason Isaacs (“Harry Potter franchise”) as Ra’s Al Ghul, Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester of “Supernatural”) as Red Hood, and Neil Patrick Harris (“Dr. Horrible”) as Nightwing.

Trailer for “Batman: Under the Red Hood”

This trailer certainly lays out the premise of the story covered in “Batman: Under the Red Hood”, but keeps even Jensen Ackles’ voice as Red Hood under wraps. Only Greenwood can be heard as Batman in the trailer. It would have been nice to hear some of the other characters considering the voice cast, but what a great Joker laugh from DiMaggio, no?

Batman: Under the Red Hood” is set to hit shelves this coming summer.
