It’s not exactly the backside, but it’s the back spine in this new poster for Legendary’s Godzilla, directed by Gareth Edwards and starring Bryan Cranston. This perspective isn’t quite as terrifying as his growling face, but still an omnious view, for sure.

Godzilla starring Ken Watanabe, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn, Sally Hawkins, and Bryan Cranston is slated to hit theaters and 3D May 16th, 2014.
