As we have been informed, the upcoming final season of Fringe will be at least partially set in the future, a time of Observer occupation.  The Observers have therefore very thoughtfully provided us with some instructional featurettes to help us prepare. Last week we had the Cerebral Scan Protocol – meaning the featurette, not the actual procedure – and this week it’s the Travel Protocol.
