American Horror Story Season 2 Casting Indicates Some Things Will Remain the Same

As we first reported to you last December, Season 2 of American Horror Story will feature an entirely new story in a new setting, with some familiar faces. We learned back in March that those familiar faces will include the amazing Jessica Lange.

Last year one of her character’s nemeses was a twenty-something sexpot. We now know that her primary Season 2 nemesis was at least meant to be … a 20-something sexpot. TVLine broke the news that French actor Lizzie Brocheré has been cast as series regular Gia. The role was originally said to be set for a fierce, ferocious, extremely sexual and dangerous wild-child sexpot, but word is that the role has changed quite a bit since the search began. Since Ms. Brocheré is known for her “very” NC-17 roles, it’s unclear what would be changed.

She will join new castmember Adam Levine and returning series regulars Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, and Lily Rabe in next fall’s new season, set to begin production in July.

American Horror Story, Season 2, is expected to premiere in October on FX.
