In a bit of last minute casting – Oscar Nominee, Adriana Barraza is in talks to join the cast of the Kenneth Branagh directed THOR, for Marvel Studios. Details about Barraza’s role have yet to be revealed. Since her Oscar nominated role in Babel, she also had a small role in Sam Raimi’s Drag Me to Hell.

She will be joining a supporting cast that includes Anthony Hopkins, Rene Russo, Stellan Skarsgard, Idris Elba and Kat Dennings. The movie begins shooting next week at Marvel’s Manhattan Beach, Calif., studios.
