Neve Campbell’s first widely released film was 1996’s The Craft. She then had a starring role in the Scream trilogy. In Roger Ebert’s review of Scream 3, he spoke of Campbell – saying, “The camera loves her. She could become a really big star and then giggle at clips from this film at her AFI tribute.” Well, now with Scream 4 on the horizon, she’ll more than likely be giggling all the way to the bank!

Neve recently gave a couple of updates about Scream 4, stating;

“I’m pretty sure at this stage that Wes [Craven] is back on board to direct and Kevin [Willamson] is definitely writing” Scream 4. “It is going to be great.”

And regarding her co-stars David Arquette and Courteney Cox – she says,

“I haven’t spoken to them in a while. I’m sure it took a while to convince them to take part [in the picture], especially because they’re now a very happy family, and of course, it was a long journey for them. I think it’s going to be a lot of fun, and a lot like going back to summer camp.”

She also added that shooting will start in April.
