“Legend of the Seeker” is a syndicated TV series adapted from Terry Goodkind’s “Sword of Truth” novels.  ABC produces this series with Sam Raimi, Robert Tapart, Joshua Donen, Ned Nalle and Kenneth Biller as executive producers.

In the province known as Westland, a wizard reveals to ordinary woodsman Richard Cypher the truth: that he is a child of prophecy, the first true Seeker the world has known in a thousand years, destined to wield the powerful Sword of Truth and defeat the evil tyrant Darken Rahlan.

The fantasy series follows the adventures of Richard Cypher (Craig Horner), a wizard named Zeddicus Zu’l Zorander (Bruce Spence), and a mysterious woman named Kahlan Amnell (Bridget Regan) in their efforts to prevent Darken Rahl (Craig Parker) from conquering the world.

If you haven’t given this series a chance yet, you should!  It’s got an amazing production value for a television series with state of the art special effects, cinematic quality to every shot, and the fantastic backdrop of New Zealand.  So if you like sword fights, magic, and hot chicks, this is your show!
