WHERE MONSTERS DWELL: Comics Artist Christopher Jones Plus the Latest Pop Culture News

Where-Monsters-Dwell-wide
Hey, have you been listening to our favorite comics talk radio show, Where Monsters Dwell? If not, get on that, ASAP. In fact, tonight! This week on Where Monsters Dwell the guys are welcoming comics artist Christopher Jones back to the show. Christopher has a new book coming out from Future Dude Comics called Parallel Man, and he’s going to tell all of us all about it. Wouldn’t you feel foolish if you were left out?

If you’d like to do some prep work, you can learn more about Christopher Jones on his site ChristopherJonesArt.com

Update: Listen to Episode 309 now!

WMD 309Also, as you know, Gotham and Agents of SHIELD premiered this week. If you’re new to WMD, you may not know that the guys talk about the latest in pop culture, especially when it’s comics-related, like those shows. I’m looking forward to hearing what they have to say about both, though they’ve warned that “we tried our best to watch Gotham, but the government of New Brunswick was having none of it.” Oh right, they’re in Canada. Bummer. But wait, then there’s this: “Tune in and find out if we managed to rise up and overthrow our terrible oppressors.” Hey, I’d tune in just for that.

As always, WMD would love to have you post any questions or comments you may have on the WMD Facebook wall or give the show a call during the broadcast at 506-452-6056 (they’re in Canada).

If you do have to miss tonight’s live show, the guys are cool enough to post their shows as podcasts, so you’ll be able to listen to the show when it posts later this week, either from the Where Monsters Dwell website, or subscribe to the podcast on iTunes here. Thanks guys!

We’ll also pop a link onto this post as an update, so you can check back here later as well.

And don’t forget, you can help support the Monsters by purchasing some of their swag at the awesomely named WEAR Monsters Dwell!

Where Monsters Dwell broadcasts live at 8:00/7:00c tonight and almost every Wednesday for at least an hour, right here.
