As we bid a temporary adieu to Game of Thrones, we prepare to bid a permanent farewell to True Blood; its final season premieres this Sunday on HBO. It will be so sad to see the show suffer the True Death, not only for we fans but for the cast, who reportedly have had an amazing time making the series.
They talk about that, and about how they began on the show, their favorite moments and more, in the special True Blood Season 7: A Farewell to Bon Temps Retrospective Show, which is posted for you, commercial free, below.
The stars are there, along with both showrunners, and almost every major player gets at least one moment of screen time, along with several alluring poses. Grab a couple of tissues before you start watching; it’s just under a half hour long.
We also have some great news, especially for those of you who don’t have anything planned for the week, like working or going to school: HBO will be airing a True to the End: True Blood Marathon this week. Every episode of every season, from 10pm to 10am every night, starting tonight with Season 1 and going right through Saturday night with Season 6.
Since Season 6 was only 10 episodes instead of 12 like the others, the marathon will conclude at 8am Sunday, giving you some hours of daytime sleep before the final season premiere at 9pm.
