We have been patiently waiting for all of the speculation, rumors, accusations and sniping to calm down in the case of the all important Megan Fox ousted from Transformers 3 by Michael Bay story so that we could bring you some actual news.

Now, Deadline is reporting that Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will in-fact be Megan Fox’s replacement in Transformers 3. Huntington-Whiteley is a Victoria’s Secret model who also replaced Kate Moss as the spokesbody for Agent Provocateur lingerie in 2009, and she is dating Jason Statham (Cranked).

Deadline states that the other actresses on the short-list have been informed that the female lead will go to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, so unless things fall apart at the negotiating table, she’s the new Transformers 3 gal.
