The Halloween reality show special that aired on ITV2 last year, Release the Hounds, has received a full order for a six-episode series. It’s the reality show that has its contestants face some pretty horrific challenges, only to have to race to their escape while being chased by nasty dogs.

Why is this interesting to us at SciFi Mafia? Well a few months ago we (here in the States) were able to enjoy Release the Hounds as a web series and we featured it in one of our Web Series Wednesdays. It’s definitely worth a watch, and worth keeping an eye out for future releases. Thanks to Deadline for the heads up.
