The billboard emits 1.2 million volts of pure lightning, the unique marketing tool employs some time-tested technology: its “lightning” is powered by a Tesla coil, which is a type of resonant transformer circuit invented by Nikola Tesla around 1891.[1] It is used to produce high voltage, high current, high frequency alternating current electricity.

Percy Jackson & Unnecessarily Long Title Percy Jackson and the Olyimpians: The Lightning Thief will be released next February and is being directed by Chris Columbus.
The film is based on the book by Rick Riordan and follows a young boy who discovers he is the descendant of a Greek god and sets out on an adventure to settle an on-going battle between the gods. These aren’t just any gods however. Sean Bean plays Zeus, Kevin McKidd plays Poseidon and Steve Coogan plays Hades. We also have Pierce Brosnan as Chiron, Uma Thurman as Medusa and Rosario Dawson as Persephone.
