The Star Wars Pavilion

  • The massive Star Wars Pavilion at Comic-Con celebrates the best of “a galaxy far, far away.” Located at the front of Hall D, the Star Wars Pavilion is once again the biggest on the Exhibit Hall floor, featuring Lucasfilm’s signature video walls, LucasArts video games, and a unique opportunity for fans to contribute to Lucasfilm’s own historical archive — the Star Wars Stories Project (see below). Enjoy Star Wars displays and shopping from Lucasfilm licensees, including the Force Trainer from Uncle Milton Industries; prop and costume replicas from eFX and Museum Replicas; collectibles and fun from Comic Images, Hallmark, and Creative Imagination Scrapbooking; books from Del Rey, DK, Penguin, and Palace Press; and autographs from stars of The Clone Wars animated series at Official Pix. StarWarsShop.com will display a one-of-a-kind collection that you won’t want to miss (details coming soon!) Stop by often, because you never know what costumed Star Wars characters will be posing for pictures on the Clone Wars stage.

Star Wars Stories Project (Star Wars Pavilion; Hall D)

  • 2009’s Comic-Con International also marks another Lucasfilm milestone — the launch of the all-new Star Wars Stories Project. Fans of the Saga will have the unique opportunity to become a part of the Star Wars universe by contributing to Lucasfilm’s own historical archive. Soliciting movie memories and nostalgia, the Star Wars Stories Project invites fans to share their own tales of fandom through video testimonials. Fans will have the opportunity to record their stories at Lucasfilm’s pavilion on the Comic-Con floor. Fans can also submit their stories online at G4TV.com. Click here for more information.
