Chuck fans, get ready to jump up and down- it looks like NBC may be moving up its timeline for the third season of “Chuck” sooner than the previous date of sometime in March.

According to EW, “Chuck” may be making its return as soon as late October which also points to the high possibility that the network may order more than the 13 eps they ordered for this third season, especially if its ratings perform solidly.

This move is most likely due to NBC’s rather disappointing numbers and the cancellation of “Southland” before new eps of the show even aired.  Stay tuned to see if “Chuck” will still be on Monday nights!
