So glad to get this great motion poster for Lionsgate’s I, Frankenstein. New media is such a good sign for this project since it has surely taken a long road to get to this point. In fact, we were covering its filming way back in early 2012, so I’m just thrilled to see some signs of (promotional) life from the movie adaption of Kevin Grevioux’s graphic novel.
Synopsis:
I, FRANKENSTEIN is a modern-day epic: Frankenstein’s creature, ADAM, has survived to present day due to a genetic quirk in his creation. Making his way to a dark, gothic metropolis, he finds himself caught in an all-out, centuries old war between two immortal clans. As writer/director, Stuart Beattie said, “Mary Shelley’s story is about the creation of the first human being. This is the story about that being becoming human.”
So far, so good.
I, Frankenstein, starring Aaron Eckhart, Yvonne Strahovski, Miranda Otto, Jai Courtney, and Bill Nighy, is slated to hit theaters and 3D on January 24th 2014.
