It feels like a Lost reunion these days with all The CW casting news. We just reported that Mark Pellegrino (Jacob on Lost) was going to join the pilot The Tomorrow People. The latest to join The CW‘s pilot The Hundred will be Henry Ian Cusick, who will be trading the island hatch for a spaceship in this futuristic series.

Most recently we’ve spotted Cusick on Scandal, Fringe, Body of Proof and The Mentalist, but it will be nice to have a home for us to tune into him once a week.

Henry Ian Cusick is the first major cast member to hit the news for The Hundred and according to Deadline he’s set to play an ambitious officer “who has his sights set on the Chancellor’s job” aboard the Ark Space Station.

Synopsis

The Hundred is set 97 years after a nuclear war has destroyed civilization when the space station housing human survivors called the Ark sends 100 juvenile delinquents back to Earth to investigate the possibility of re-colonizing the planet.” Cusick will be playing an ambitious officer aboard the Ark space station.
