The CW has released a TV spot and a sheer tonnage of screen capture pics from the next episode of Supernatural, the backdoor pilot Supernatural: Bloodlines. Remember, a backdoor pilot is a pilot that airs as an episode of an existing show, kinda like a crossover. Originals started as a backdoor pilot of The Vampire Diaries.

Dean and Sam learn that mafialike monster families are running the underbelly of Chicago; Ennis refuses to listen to a warning from the brothers.
