We were huge fans of The Avengers over the summer and can’t wait to see the individual movies that will be following. First up will be Iron Man 3 in May, followed by Thor: The Dark World. Chris Hemsworth will be reprising his role as Thor in that sequel, currently scheduled to premiere on November 8, 2013.

Here are some pics from the set, via splashnewsonline, featuring Our Mr. Hemsworth looking a little the worse for wear, along with Christopher Eccleston (Doctor Who) as Malekith, and the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim, at least according to MTV.

Synopsis:
