ABC is the last of the major networks to announce the premiere dates for its prime time shows, but now we can tell you when to be looking out for bizarro alien comedy The Neighbors (Wednesday, September 26), the arrival of evil upon the return of Once Upon a Time (Sunday, September 30), and the new Terry O’Quinn excellent creepfest 666 Park Avenue (Sunday, September 30). The bad news from ABC? No August premiere dates. The good news? No October premiere dates – at least not for our shows!
Also please note the variance from our earlier schedules. Although The Neighbors was originally scheduled for the Wednesdays at 9:30 slot following Modern Family, after its premiere it will be bumped up an hour to 8:30, preceding Modern Family. The generally agreed-upon reason is that The Neighbors is somewhat family-friendly and therefore could do well in the earlier timeslot.

Our fall TV schedule is shaping up nicely. We are now just waiting on BBC America to tell us the premiere date for Doctor Who, (though as we’ve been saying, the educated guess is currently August 25 at 9/8c, their “Supernatural Saturdays” slot); FX to give us American Horror Story‘s Season 2 premiere date; and Cartoon Network to bestow upon us the premiere date for Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Patiently, patiently waiting.
As always, we’ll keep you posted!
