Just a few days ago, we brought you a brand new TV spot from The Avengers. Now we have the first clip from the film, featuring Scarlett Johansson‘s Black Widow talking to S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) on the phone (it’s cooler than it sounds) in director Joss Whedon‘s hotly anticipated Marvel Studios film, starring the aforementioned duo, along with Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson, Jeremy Renner and Tom Hiddleston.

In case you missed what Agent Coulson said (because I did the first time)… he said, “Natasha. Barton’s been compromised” For the uninitiated, he’s referring to Clint Barton / Hawkeye, portrayed in The Avengers by Jeremy Renner.
