Not content with the transforming bots from Cybertron, director/producer Michael Bay (Transformers 3) has managed to pick up a new alien abduction film to produce through his production company, Platinum Dunes. The film is being called Confidential Alien Project.

First-time screenwriter Bobby Glickert wrote the film and created a two-minute teaser which attracted Bay and his cohorts Andrew Form and Brad Fuller of Platinum Dunes. The film is said to be a cross between Cloverfield and Paranormal Activity.

Platinum Dunes is currently searching for screenwriters for the project.
