The war that raged through the second half of Season 3 of Teen Wolf resulted in some heartbreaking casualties. I expect that the first TV spot for the upcoming new season, telling us “you can’t go back,” is meant to get us over our mourning. It’s a gorgeous spot, with the gorgeous and beloved cast, but I think the behind-the-scenes Instagram from Melissa Ponzio, who plays Scott’s mom, brings home the fact that more carnage is on its way.

Overheard on #teenwolf set today…”more blood…or, just do something” more blood it is!!

So what are we thinking? Is the ash in the TV spot just to make the video look cool? Metaphorical “ashes to ashes”? Or is there another explanation? More important, WHOSE BLOOD IS THAT? Thank goodness we don’t have to wait months to find out!
