The title of tonight’s midseason premiere of Revolution is “Three Amigos”, and I can’t help but wonder if it’s meant ironically. It’s hard to think of anyone using a generally lighthearted term in this stressful future environment, with its traitorous and untrustworthy and conniving friends, relatives, and acquaintances, alliances made and broken, and of course those bits o’ light that take the form of a child and alternately turn people into torches.

This has been an absolutely excellent season of Revolution, and I am so happy to be starting off 2014 with more new episodes. Bring em on!
