The upcoming movie Tomorrowland coming from a couple of my favorite screen writers Damon Lindelof and Jeff Jensen and director Brad Bird is already one of my most anticipated movies of the next two years. We recently reported that principal photography had begun in Vancouver and a synopsis and release date had been set as well. Here’s the synopsis:

Bound by a shared destiny, a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity and a former boy-genius inventor jaded by disillusionment embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory as “Tomorrowland.”

Yesterday we reported that another one of the films from The Walt Disney Company, Star Wars: Episode VII, had set release date of December 18th, 2015. In the same breath of that announcement EW reports that Tomorrowland will be be pushed back from December 12, 2014 to May 22, 2015.
