Hooray, something from upcoming Syfy series Helix beyond the cool (no pun intended) artsy teasers we’ve seen, whose original content was lost behind the barrage of salutes to The X-Files and Bad Robot productions. These are actual screenshots, two of which feature star Billy Campbell, one with co-star Hiroyuki Sanada, and a few of what might be considered “incident photos”.

The screenshots, first posted by THR, are reportedly from the pilot. We’re hoping to get more info about the series next week during a Helix set tour and panel Q&A in Montreal; if you have a question for the cast or production, leave them as a comments below.

Helix is an intense thriller about a team of scientists from the Centers for Disease Control who travel to a high-tech research facility in the Arctic to investigate a possible disease outbreak, only to find themselves pulled into a terrifying life-and-death struggle that may hold the key to mankind’s salvation or total annihilation.
