Trailer for DC’s Next Animated Movie JUSTICE LEAGUE: DOOM


Justice League: Doom the forthcoming DCU animated movie from Warner Premiere was the last script written by Dwayne McDuffie (All-Star Superman, Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths), who passed away back in February, which is based on Mark Waid‘s story “Tower of Babel“, where Batman’s secret files on how to defeat each member of the league has been stolen.

Now, thanks to the folks at IGN we have the first trailer which premiered at New York Comic Con over the weekend. Check it out below!

The movie stars Tim Daly (Private Practice, Wings) as Superman, and Nathan Fillion (Castle, Firefly) as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern. Justice League voice actors Kevin Conroy, Susan Eisenberg, Carl Lumbly, and Michael Rosenbaum will reprise their roles as Batman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter and The Flash, respectively. Bumper Robinson (The Game) rounds out the league as Cyborg. Phil Morris (Seinfeld, Mission: Impossible) leads the Legion of Doom as Vandal Savage, and is joined by Olivia d’Abo (The Wonder Years) as Star Sapphire, Alexis Denisoff (Angel) as Mirror Master, Carlos Alazraqui (Reno 911) as Bane, Paul Blackthorne (The Dresden Files) as Metallo, and Claudia Black (Farscape, Stargate SG-1) as the Cheetah.

Justice League: Doom, executive produced by Bruce Timm, and directed by Lauren Montgomery is slated to hit store shelves in early 2012.
