Marvel’s Thor, starring Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins and Renee Russo, hits theaters worldwide on May 6, 2011. We’ve been waiting, rather impatiently for a glimpse of Asgard, or someone in costume… and I’m afraid we’re still waiting. Comicbookmovie got their hands on a new slightly ‘off’ set photo from the upcoming film – I say off set photo because it’s not really on the set, though it may be a piece of the set… and sadly, it’s nothing to truly geek out over.

It could potentially be ice from the set Niflheim, or they could be filming the sequel to March of the Penguins on the set next door, who knows? (Yes, I realize that was a documentary and real ice… that was sarcasm people)
