The Dark Knight Rises: Gotham’s Mayor Scores Another Term

Just last week, we brought you the news about Josh Pence (The Social Network, Battleship), Daniel Sunjata (Rescue Me), Diego Klattenhoff (Mercy, Homeland) and Burn Gorman (Torchwood, Johnny English Reborn) all joining the cast of director Christopher Nolan‘s final installment in his Bat-Trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises.

Now, Variety reports that Nestor Carbonell (Lost, Cristiada) will be reprising his role as the Mayor of Gotham City in the forthcoming film. Of course, Carbonell is widely known for his role on Lost, but his real fans will always know him as Batmanuel!
