Writer and producer Simon Kinberg has worked on some of our favorite movies. Some of those we’ve seen and some that have yet to come out include Jumper, X-Men: First Class, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Elysium and the live action Cinderella and he’s got big plans to do much more.

His next venture is to produce and pen the screenplay for Fox’s reboot of Fantastic Four. And this might just be scratching the surface as he just signed a new three year deal that would allow him to expand the X-Men and Fantastic Four franchises, according to THR. They quote Simon Kinberg their article as saying the following:

I have a lot of ideas on how to built those brands and do what everybody is thinking of these days: Be like Marvel. I want to be able to build stories over multiple movies.

We’ll be sure and keep you posted on the latest news for Fantastic Four and X-Men.
