‘Priest’ Director Scott Stewart said via twitter that acting legend, Christopher Plummer and Brad Dourif (Nightwatch,Halloween II,Lord of the Rings) have joined the cast of his upcoming film and Variety reports that Madchen Amick (Californication) has also joined the cast of the post-apocalyptic thriller.

The story revolves around a priest played by Paul Bettany who disobeys church law to track down vampires who have kidnapped his niece. The Tokypop comic book adaptation is currently shooting and is set for an August 13th, 2010 release date.
