Released on PC earlier this year, Plants Vs Zombies is a linear tower defense game using different plant species to fight off hordes of zombies. Developer PopCap confirmed through its Facebook group that the iPhone version of Plants Vs Zombies will be released in late January 2010. The developer has already released versions of Peggle and Bejeweled on the App Store.

Nintendo DS and Xbox Live Arcade versions have also been announced, but do not currently have a release date.
