It would have been cool to see this teaser poster for Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier on July 4th, but it’s still close enough to grab that patriotic spirit. Not that Captain America is short on patriotic spirit, but you catch my meaning.

I’ve seen some comment that it looks like the red is under the metal, but I’m inclined to believe that the metal was painted red and it has mostly all chipped away.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier starring Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Redford is slated to hit theaters April 4th 2014.
