“We’re still casting more than we’re killing,” says Game of Thrones co-showrunner D.B. Weiss, and we have the featurette that makes a good case. It’s a wee bit spoilery, if you’re sensitive to such things, as it includes some storylines and characters we haven’t yet seen, but I find it very helpful, as one of those who hasn’t read the books.
