Just one week (plus, as of this post, a few hours) until the premiere of part one of the Hobbit trilogy, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. There have been many teasers, trailers, and TV spots, but today we got a new featurette courtesy of a different outlet – Air New Zealand. Featuring the cast and Sir Peter Jackson, as well as, of course, the locations. It. Is. GORGEOUS.

My favorite part has to be “Fly, you fools!” I am now totally ready to grab my favorite Hobbit fan and hop a ride to New Zealand on Air New Zealand – Premier Class, of course (how cool is that?!).

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is slated to hit theaters on December 14, 2012.  The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug will be released Dec. 13, 2013; the third installment in the series, The Hobbit: There and Back Again, will hit theaters July 18, 2014.
