Johnny Depp‘s production company Infinitum Nihil and GK Films, who most recently teamed up for the Paramount Pictures animated hit film Rango, are teaming up again to produce the big-screen adaptation of Sam Sarkar and Garrie Gastonny‘s recently debuted Image Comics mini-series, The Vault.

THR reports that Depp’s Infinitum Nihil and GK Films recently acquired the rights to the sci fi/horror comic book about sea divers unleashing an ancient evil. No production schedule or release date has been announced.
