John Carter of Mars and Andrew Niccol’s NOW Get Title Changes

Back in November of last year, we told you that director Andrew Niccol‘s upcoming sci-fi film (formerly titled, I’m.mortal) had received a new title and was simply called, NOW. Well, NOW is not the name of the film now any longer.

Dark Horizons has confirmed that the title of the film [ahem!] at this moment is, In Time. In addition to the second (and not likely the last) title change for Niccol’s movie, they also report that the title of Walt Disney Pictures forthcoming big-screen adaptation of Edgar Rice Burroughs’ John Carter of Mars, directed by Andrew Stanton (Wall-E) has been changed to simply, John Carter.

In Time is slated to hit theaters on October 28th, 2011.

John Carter is slated to hit theaters March 9th, 2012.
