Geeks Unite! J.J. Abrams and Edgar Wright Team Up for Sci-Fi Project

Director Edgar Wright (The World’s End), who will hopefully be working on Ant-Man soon [hint, hint] is teaming up with director J.J. Abrams (Untitled Star Trek Sequel) and Bad Robot for a new sci-fi project entitled Collider.

Deadline reports that Wright will co-write the project with Mark Protosevich (I Am Legend) for Paramount Pictures. No details about the story have been released, and there’s no word on whether or not this is in any way related to Bad Robot‘s low budget sci-fi thriller penned by Oren Uziel called God Particle that is said revolve around physics experiment with a large hadron collider, that we told you about back in June.

No production or release dates for Collider have been announced.
