Alice In Wonderland has broken a record for a March release, earning $41 million on its opening day, according to distributor Walt Disney Co. Tim Burton’s trip down the rabbit hole is expected to break the record of Zack Snyder’s 300, when it earned $71 million in its March opening weekend in 2007. Some estimates are showing Alice going above $100 million for the weekend.
